The current economy and forecasts are daunting in every way possible. Given the global pandemic we were unsure whether we would be able to sell our home, considering we were moving out of state and needed to sell. We put our house on the market on April 1st and received an offer on April 24 (during the COVID-19 lockdown). Lorieal Green was a tremendous help and her expertise in real estate helped us navigate this unprecedented context.
