From the very first phone conversation, Vanessa left me a strong impression of her professionalism and kindness. My family was going through some rough times, and finding someone who was patient and trustworthy was important to us. Not only did she meet our expectation, she went above and beyond! When she went over the initial contracts with us, she took her time out and answered all of our questions and explained each section of the "fine printed" areas of the contract. With her exceptional service, our house had multiple offerings the first day it was listed! We were moving to another state, and selling our home that fast was amazing news. While being out of state, we were unable to get rid of some of the stuff in the yard and the sheds. When she found out about this, she mitigated the situation by hiring a junk hauler.
