Words cannot describe how thankful I am to the Seeby Group...especially Ryan Sconyers. As a first time real estate investor, it was important for me to have an experienced real estate professional who is very knowledgeable, dedicated and dependable while answering any of my questions and getting the job done efficiently. Ryan went far above and beyond my expectations, while showing that he truly cared about my success towards getting the sale completed on my home. He was always available and constantly kept me updated on the progress, while also helping me to understand the real estate industry and what it takes to succeed. Not to mention, we sold my home during one of the most difficult times in our nations history...the Coronavirus Pandemic and it was refreshing to have Ryan and The Seeby Group on my side, to help ease some of the stress that came with it, while giving me confidence in everything being okay with the sale of my home.

Peter has been an absolute pleasure to work with. When I first met Peter he took it upon himself to go over every detail as well as every step of the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer I was nervous about EVERYTHING. However, Peter was able to make this experience a breeze. Peter was always on my side working to make the home buying process as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with him was that he was always more focused on answering ALL (and I had lots) of my questions. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me make the best decision.

John was incredible in helping me sell my (difficult) condo. He was able to recommend and negotiate with different professionals I needed to work on my floors, windows, and electrical maintenance, and even my insurance company and HOA, while I was busy moving across the state. I was in contact with different members at the Seeby Group throughout the process and they all made it feel so easy. I plan to move back into the city soon, and look forward to working with this team again.
