We have used Shannon to buy two houses and sell one and will absolutely use her again in the future. I cannot recommend her enough. Her knowledge of the area is excellent, which allowed us to both bid competitively and maximize our sale price. After we closed on our house but before we moved in, she met with contractors to get quotes for us. She also continues to be a great resource for finding local contractors, plumbers, etc. Personally, she is very pleasant to work with and made the process much less stressful.

Shannon helped my partner and I buy our first home this autumn. We initially chose to work with her based on her vested interest in working with first time homebuyers, assisting members of the LGBTQIA community, and her intimate knowledge of the Atlanta area. She has a keen eye for detail, helps you to consider the pros and cons of each residence , and assists with assembling a strong team dedicated to the buyer's best interests. Shannon is an incredible realtor. She helped us navigate one of the most intense housing markets for buyers that has ever existed to help us find our dream home. We were very particular, and Shannon was patient with us and really listened. She knows the Atlanta market inside and out, which was invaluable to us as recent transplants to the city. When we did go to open houses, all of the listing agents seemed to know her. She establishes strong relationships with other realtors, and her collaborative relationship with the listing agent for the sellers from whom we bought our home helped us to get under contract, navigate the closing process smoothly, and successfully request a nontraditional aspect of closing. When I think about the realtor we used to sell our last home, it is unbelievable to think about how Shannon went above and beyond for us ( I think she would describe it as simply doing her job). We wholeheartedly recommend her and are so grateful that friends referred her to us.

Working with Chabelly Rodriguez has been an absolute pleasure. As a first-time purchaser, in an immediate rush to find my forever home, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. However, Chabelly came right on over and helped me find my place. She was so patient as I created a spreadsheet of the ranking, addresses, size, asking, offering, earnest money, and down payment, she scheduled the showings and went through at least four rounds of offers; three of which were accepted (one is tentative). As the financing part began, she remained so calm and helpful when my previous landlord refused to be cooperative by helping us identify an alternative path forward. All and all, I would refer her several times over if I could to anyone who is looking. She's got the sauce! :)
