I have been a licensed Realtor since 1998. This is my 25th year helping clients purchase and sell homes and I have done over 1,000 transactions. My wife of 27 years is Cynthia Breeden and she works in Public Health at Emory University. We have 3 grown children; a son and two daughters. My passion for real estate is even greater than when I started 25 years ago! I enjoy working with clients through the ups and downs of a transaction. I am patient, and I hustle for my clients. I have done all aspects of real estate including renting, flipping, and building new construction and I love to share my experience with first time buyers and sellers.
