I know lots of real estate agents. But I really know Ann Marie and I felt like she would really KNOW ME. I was right. Maybe it took one house for her to know my wish list was serious-- I mean, how many people really want a small house with no yard?--but at that point she got it and ran with it. Three houses later we were done! Even though Ann Marie and I are long time friends she was professional at all times. She didn't assume I KNEW everything. She explained everything thoroughly but she is also efficient...she gets a lot done in a little bit of time just like I do. I was amazed at how much could be handled phone to phone! We closed without a hitch. One extra observation I would make about Ann Marie is that I feel she is respectful toward the other agent/seller. She was working for me but her negotiations were reasonable and tactfully done. I appreciated that both professionally and personally."

Ann Marie is an amazing real estate agent. My wife and I moved away from Augusta a few years ago due to the military, so we were out of town home owners. She recently just sold our house.
