Bob Hartwell and his team are absolutely phenomenal. I'm picky. Very picky. But Bob make sure that I found the home that I wanted. We've been a part of the Hartwell family for many years now. Bob is incredibly intelligent and consistently puts out informative newsletters so that we stay on top of market trends. He's good for a 1st time home buyer up to a seasoned investor. You definitely want Bob to be on your team for your next purchase.

Bob and his team did an excellent job helping us with the sell or our home and purchase of a new house. Bob was always available to look at property and was always responsive with any questions we may have had regarding sell and purchase. On the property we purchased, we needed to get on an ATV with the owner and driver through woods to look for boundary markers and check septic and well systems. Bob showed up with boots on and a tape measure in hand. Bob worked (and is still working) with us to develop solutions for permits with future development on our new property. Bob is not your everyday or typical realtor! He actually does go that extra mile to earn your business.

The Hartwell Team has found many homes for my friends all who are so happy in their homes. He is considerate of their needs and very patient with the sometimes the long and arduous search for the perfect house . Over the years he has helped me with many Real Estate questions and concerns and Bob is always my go to Guy when I need a realistic and quick answer. Bob is great period end of story. He helped me buy my first house... landing me in the perfect investment starter home during the downturn of the economy. So naturally when it came time for my wife and I to buy our next home Bob was our one and only call. He is the type of guy that will go above and beyond for his client. He also is a great wealth of knowledge... He sees the value in building the relationship not just closing the sale.
