Without a doubt, probably the best experience I could have ever had. At this point in time I would consider Chad family. From start to finish, Chad went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. He helped simplify and narrow my search criteria. He made sure the homes I chose to look at, were in my best interest and what I wanted. If I had a question, he knew the answer or wouldn't rest until he found the answer for me. He responded to all my text and calls within minutes; if not, within the hour. He not only went over all my paper work to make sure it was safe, he also made sure it was all accurate and that I understood what I was signing for. I can honestly say, I wouldnt be in the finest home I have ever had, if it weren't for the help of Chad. An with all that being said, what sticks out the most to me, is Chad still found time and set aside days for his Family.

Chad and Mafe were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. My work schedule made it hard to find times to view homes but they met me before and after work, and on weekends. This was my first home purchase and they made it extremely easy!

The Gwin Team made a stressful process easy for me. I had to move out of state before I had time to finish preparing my house to sell, but they helped me with needed repairs, etc. My house sold very fast.
