Ms. Bickel worked with us for over a year trying to find a house that met our needs. She kept us updated on any new homes that came on the market that was close to what we were looking for. She was willing to show us homes on short notice and point out any issues with the homes as we toured them. When we were unable to find what we were looking for, we decided to build our house. Ms. Bickel assisted us in meeting with the builder and helping us negotiate several issues that came up during the building process. Always willing to help, we could call her any time and she would explain the terms or things we didn't understand. Once we closed on our new house, she listed our old house and helped us establish a reasonable price for its sale. She pointed out numerous things that would enhance the resale value of the house. The house sold quite quickly and over the listing price. Ms. Bickel is a true 'professional' in her career field. I would recommend her to any one that needs a REALTOR

Cassandra was our third realtor (and last) in the area. As a military veteran, she understood the requirements related to our loan and worked closely with our lender to make sure everything was taken care of. She took the time to speak with my wife and understand what we were looking for and keep us calm as we went through a stressful time sensitive search for our new home. In the end, she helped us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. Since we moved in she has remained in touch with helpful tips regarding the community, service options, and wonderful recipes. We couldn't ask for a better realtor and while we do not plan on moving, if we do, we will be sure to reach out to Cassandra again.

My favorite thing about Cassandra was here responsiveness. I can't stand when I need help and I can't get a hold of someone. Cassandra always answers back. She was also able to tell us the right lender to reach out to because someone had already told us no. My husband and I wouldn't use anyone else for our Real estate needs.
