Let me start by saying, I would HIGHLY recommend Guerry Clegg! Before choosing a real estate agent, I researched him to see if he would be the best choice based on the investment, he would make into selling a property and how he promoted his listings. After listing, the house received multiple offers, and the house was under contract within 48 hours. I live out of state, so I knew off the bat, it was going to be a lot more work for the agent on my behalf. Guerry went way above and beyond for me and did more than I could have expected from any other agent. He arranged for minor repairs to be done, ran several errands for me, and even washed some of the exterior of the house, required by the appraiser. For anyone looking to list their house, I would defiantly recommend Guerry Clegg to them. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better Realtor!
