Terry Swanson

Terry Swanson, founder of the Results Realty Team is a native Atlantan, a graduate of Marist and a Georgia State University alumnus. He began his career in 1992 as an onsite agent for a large national builder; 6 years later in 1998, with the prestigious accolade of being named #1 Salesperson for Atlanta Division (large builder) he went on to establish Results Realty Services. The Results Realty Team has since grown from 5 agents to 242 with a total of 1600 transactions in 2019 while generating $585,000,000 in sales volume. Recognized as a Top 10 office in the United States for Century 21 in 2015-2016, Top 25 Office in Atlanta for the Atlanta Business Chronicle 2012-2016 and Terry Swanson himself has been named the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Top 100 Influencers in Atlanta Building and Real Estate 2013-2015.
