We met with Tom and Gabby to walkthrough our house that we wanted to list in Cumming GA. As we have owned a few houses over the years we had a listing price in mind that we wanted to hit. The Stocks team came up with a price that was above what we had in mind, and managed to sell our house within 21 days. Their knowledge of the area, and their very creative sales sheet with schools, shops, restaurants etc was exceptional. They made us feel like they worked for us and that we were their only client! They handled open houses with care and each showing was very well communicated with feedback from prospective buyers! When we list our next house, it will be an easy pick!
