Kenny Everson

A little about who I am. I grew up in Lilburn, GA. I graduated from Shiloh High School in 1989. In 1993, I graduated from the University of Georgia where I was a member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity Go Dawgs! I got my real estate license in 1994 and began working with a real estate group as a Buyers Agent. The experience that I got from working exclusively with buyers was priceless. I was really able to learn what buyers were looking for and what makes them excited about a house. I believe that specializing in buyers as a young agent has helped me tremendously with my sellers as an experienced agent. I also began investing in rental homes and was quickly able to develop a successful inventory using my real estate sales knowledge and merging it with the rental market. I have incorporated flipping into my investment strategy. I am now also selling homes for the US Bankruptcy Court Northern District located in Gainesville GA.
