I did that and was immediately impressed with Ginnys knowledge of the Alpharetta/Johns Creek market and how to declutter and stage to maximize the sale. I can't say enough about what a Godsend Ginny was! I was totally new to the area, and not really sure what I wanted. Ginny worked with me to show me townhomes and single family homes until I finally was able to zero into what I wanted and needed in a new home - and I could not be happier with what we found! It was not easy - we went through several offers until we found the right place. During this time, Ginny was on top of the whole process - keeping me in the loop and updated. I never had the idea she was too busy to talk to me and keep me informed. I had complete trust in her knowledge, expertise and negotiation skills, and she did not disappoint! Even after the sale, Ginny has been there to remind me about filing for homestead exemption, and following up to make sure all is well. Ginny supported me for initially what should have been a typical sales transaction.
