I can't begin to tell you how happy we were with Mike Beernink and his professional guidance. Our home just sold and everything was handled exactly as it should have been. His communication skills with his clients are unusual. This means that every (and I do mean every) thing that came up in the process of selling our home, I got an email promptly that gave me all the necessary feedback and information. He was meticulous with the security of our property and if anyone else was not (there was one case) he quickly corrected the problem.
