Tim Le

I started my career as a Mechanical Engineer for NEC Electronics (6 years). Made a leap into real estate investment in 2002 and loved it. Founded Exit Realty Platinum in 2006 and has gone through several transitions into NDIMaxim Real Estate. With three separate divisions: NDIMaxim Commercial, NDIMaxim Residentail, and NDIMaxim Managment. I currently serve on the following boards: 1. Peachtree Corners Down Town Development Authority (DDA) 2. Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce 3. Georgia Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce (GVACC) 4. Gateway 85 Community Improvement District (CID) 5. Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) 6. Past President of Asian Real Estate Association of America in 2010, Atlanta Chapter. I am a past member of Dunwoody Rotary Club and is transitioning to the Gwinnett County Rotary Club.
