I am a full time real estate agent and Associate Broker, licensed in the sales and purchases of homes in the State of Georgia and South Carolina. I was born and raised in Richmond County, Georgia. Prior to getting a real estate license I worked in the real estate industry for over 27 years in a closing attorney’s office. Arranging the closing of hundreds of real estate transactions has given me a breadth of experience to draw on for any situation that may arise related to closing a real estate transaction. There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
