Blown away at our meetings with Dwight Hicks. He was prepared to show why we would benefit from using his services. He presented statistics, market trends, detailed market analysis related to our home & advised us of specific improvements that he felt would enhance the sale. We knew unequivocally that Dwight would work hard for us. Dwight held our hand & helped us evaluate each & every aspect of the contracts knowing which ones were best. During this time he negotiated with agents ensuring our interests were paramount. In fact, as we approached accepting an offer, we caught Dwight at the office around midnight evaluating two separate offers. His efforts culminated with the sale of our home for $70k more than we anticipated. Dwight was a delight to work with in selling my mom's home. If one method did not seem to be working, he would think outside of the box to attract more interest in her home. His honesty and integrity meant so much to us as he helped in guiding us through the whole process. Not only was he a fantastic realtor, but we feel we have gained a good friend also.

Dwight sold us a house early 2017 and he is one of the best realtor out there. I don't know a lot about selling/buying a house and I would have been so lost if Dwight wasn't there for me. We had lived in our home for over 20 years when we decided to move and wasnt sure what was needed to make it sell. Dwight thoroughly explained all our options about our home layout, location, age, market, possible buyers, and just what to expect. He was very knowledgeable about the procedures, forms, financial institutions, what they really wanted to see, and the timing of each step. He was very instrumental in assuring the closing was on time and complete by following up with all parties involved not assuming anything and always helping anyway he could. He is very patient and a great communicator.
