Local knowledge Process expertise Responsiveness Negotiation skills Kathy helped our family find the perfect home!!! It was no easy task either!!!! We were living in Washington state, had very specific criteria, and my husband and I almost never agreed. She worked with us from start to finish ensuring every detail was taken care of. She made us feel like family! Helping with my son when I flew out to look at houses and at closing with all 3 of our young kids. Even 3 months after closing she still promptly answers all our questions. I actually miss chatting with her regularly now that we are settled into our home. I cant recommend her enough!!!!
