Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is a REALTOR with Living Down South Realty. She is licensed in both GA & SC. She serves NE GA and Western Upstate SC, including Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee. Growing up in the area and still living on Lake Hartwell in Georgia, Melissas real estate career began in 2005. She realized the pleasure that comes from helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership. A graduate of Clemson University, Melissa earned her BS degree and earned AAS in Criminal Justice at North Georgia Technical College. Prior to real estate, Melissa worked for Clemson University and later as a Probation Officer in the State of GA. Combining her real estate experience and education with her diverse knowledge of the area cultures and lifestyles, Melissa a solid choice for anyone seeking the services of a real estate professional. When not serving her real estate clients, Melissa enjoys spending time with the grand-babies, traveling, spending time with friends and family on the lake.
