Banks was the best relator that we could have asked for. As a military person it can be hard to find someone that knows the troubles of finding a house in an area that you have never been. He took his time to explain everything by phone, walked us through the processes, facetimed me for walk throughs until we found the perfect house. He is amazing and you wouldn't go wrong by choosing him and his crew to help you buy your house.

Banks managed my property for more than a decade after I transferred to my new duty station out of state. He was very responsive whenever I had questions, and kept me informed of any issues with the property. Banks and his team kept renters in the property continuously, with never more that a couple weeks in-between tenets. All paperwork was done via email, saving me from having to travel back to take care of any needs.
