When My Husband & I chose to relocate to Southern GA from Charlotte, Patricia was the first realtor to respond to our internet query. She showed us various neighborhoods She felt would suit our lifestyle & demographics. Once We narrowed things down from there, we looked at a number of homes. We settled on a new build. As it was a long distance purchase, more than once we had questions or just kind of forgot the details of the house. She went back, FaceTime’d w Us, took photos & videos for us. Really ironed out the wrinkles leading up to our closing. Even after our closing She has been helpful getting us settled! Helped us find a dog sitter & other local services. I indicated I would for the right percentage. She said her client was wishing to look at my house. I set up the showing and the negotiation began.
