When everything is going downhill there are for sure God's send people who come in and stand by you in difficult times. There are dozens upon dozen Realtors out there, who are just there to get the deal done, collect their commissions and move on. With Anna from first moment it was a complete different experience. She gave marketing analysis and her expertise, yet she made the whole conversation so easy to talk that I was able to explain what I am looking for and how? she had answers to every question and solutions to every problem. She connected me with the right people that I needed at the right time to get my house ready for sale. When buyers were not able to meet the commitments, she was there being my advocate rather then a realtor. My overall experience in a nutshell, I was able to sell the house the way I wanted and earned a great friend named Anna Mills. Two realtor references ... from two confident, reputable sources... which one do I do business with? Which one gets me to sign on the dotted line of that contract agreement? I spoke with the first realtor at length on numerous occasions. Lets call her, Realtor Number One. We went through the motions, even had the appointment set for the initial meeting, where she could see first hand just what I needed to do to have my home staged and on the market for a profitable sale. But something didnt feel right. She was so formal, too formal and businesslike. Dont get me wrong, being businesslike has its place. But I was about to sell the home I lived in for years (no matter the reason), and that businesslike attitude felt very cold! So less than 48 hours before our appointment, I decided to give realtor number two a call.

Anna Mills (realtor number two), was referred to me by a neighbor who had recently sold her home through her. Our initial phone conversation left me feeling like I knew her for years. I noted that she listened carefully to my needs. I noted the warmth and care in her voice as we discussed possible next steps. I further noted that she was not pushy. And, Ill say it again for emphasis, she LISTENED. At our first in-person appointment, there was no doubt that Anna would be my realtor for sale and eventually find me that new dream home. During each next step, in the following weeks, it became apparent just how much of a rare treasure this lady was! She had answers to my many questions. If she didnt have one shed find it and tell me later. I was never left to wonder, never felt alone during any of the steps. She came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. In addition, she passed our rigorous Q&A session.
