She generated a comparative market analysis and provided feedback on the state of our home. We were so relieved to have someone walk us through our selling options, and we listed shortly thereafter. Maggie was great with communication and keeping us informed about everything we needed to know about the selling process. Meanwhile, Maggie was also working on helping us find a house to buy. She was responsive and available anytime we came across a listing we wanted to see. She made phone calls and organized inspections. She listened to our needs and was there with us for both closings to make sure we were prepared. We ultimately ended up in our dream home and we have Maggie to thank for that!

So we were the first people to walk in that place and consider the purchase. Had she had not done that, we may have missed an opportunity to find our first home that we love.
