I read a book on the subject at 25 yrs old and have been smitten ever since. I have done 1,000's of valuations as an analyst for a national real estate fund. My teams and I have personally sold over 500 homes. I have built some of the most cutting edge systems in the industry for processing real estate deals. I have invested tens of thousands of dollars in professional development to be one of the best and most elite negotiators in the country, and at the heart of all that, I genuinely care about people.
