I am grateful and blessed to have been in the real estate business for 42 years. I've seen the ups and downs, the economic turns, seasons when interest rates hit 21% and the market tanked, and I have experienced times when, like right now, our market is strong. Through it all, by enjoying my clients, by embracing technology, and by keeping myself on top of the game, I have enjoyed a very successful career. Many of my clients are grandchildren of my original clients, and 98% of my business comes from referrals from past customers and clients, friends, and my sphere of influence.
