Kim Kersey

Ms. Kim was called upon during very difficult move for me . Moving from Arkansas my home for 50 years to Georgia. I only knew my working daughter who referred me to Kim. I ask Kim to help me find an affordable, 3 bedroom in a wonderful neighborhood not to old home, close to my daughter! Wow! Did she ever come through. Anyone living in the Savannah area knows how big of a challenge Kim was facing. She hit the ball out of the park! I am now living in just what I had requested!

Kim checks all the boxes for a professional in any business. She is experienced and knowledgeable of her craft. She does not make excuses, she finds a way to get the job done. Kim has patience when needed, but she does not put off anything that needs to be done. She communicates well and returns calls/messages in a timely manner. Kim would be an asset to any organization. Highly recommend this go-getter!

Kim was amazing. We live 4 hours from Savannah and never once had to come back to sell our house there. She handled EVERYTHING! I am a busy mom of 4 with a new baby and she was so quick to respond to any silly question I had and ease my mind throughout the whole process. She is very personable and friendly, even though we never met in person she took care of us like family would! Would def recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Kim was extremely helpful and made herself available when we needed her. She even did some virtual walkthroughs with us while we were still living out of state (on short notice too). We had an idea of where we wanted to live and had houses picked out, but Kim was able to quickly get us showings and was fast to move on presenting offers to sellers. I highly recommend her!
