Northwest GA Realtor, Shelley Womack began her career in 1994 by following in her fathers footsteps as an appraiser, then became a Realtor in 2012, a Broker in 2016 and then on to property management. In 2012, Shelley decided to enter the real estate world by specializing in homes for sale in Rome, GA. She began growing her team in 2013, when her husband Allen Womack joined her as well as fellow Realtor Nicole Popham. In 2016 they branched out and opened a Property Management office in Rome. In 2018 her son, Jake Womack, join the family business and became a Realtor. This office services property in Floyd County, Polk County and Fulton County. They have since grown their business and opened Legacy Properties, a full service real estate company. Legacy Properties currently has 6 agents, three brokers and two property managers.
