Anita was MAGNIFICENT. Because of legal complications regarding my mother's estate, Anita stood with us. She retained the listing, even though with legal issues we found we had to wait. She connected us with a property manager to oversee the maintenance and security of the unoccupied property.Finally, the legal issues were resolved and Anita was set to activate the listing. But it was the time of Covid19. Anita did not flinch. With great respect for the deadly virus, she showed and sold the house, quickly. She coordinated the sale of the personal property since we lived 3,000 miles away and was incredible. With the assistance of her wide network, she managed all that on top of everything else. always cheerful, positive, helpful and supportive.Though always professional, we felt as though she was a friend who absolutely had our best interest at heart.
