Well what can I say, if you dont hire Steffany Farmer, you're missing out! I have read that selling a house when you live in another state can be challenging but all of my worries were set aside when I hired Steffany. Since the first day we talked, she wasnt pushy and I appreciated that because it seemed like every other agent was just looking for a commission. Steffany showed me that she really cared about my lack of knowledge when it came to selling a house and she wanted to guide and coach me through it. In addition, my house needed some work after renting it out, Steffany had a contact for EVERY issue and the pricing that was quoted was fair and reasonable.
