My wife and I have now sold three homes using Sharon over the last 9 years. Well I have to say if there was a Real Estate Award for patience Sharon would be Top National Winner. She listened to everything "I" said I wanted in a home and showed me right at 21 homes. The she said ok lets broaden our horizons and look at a little something different. On the 3rd one she showed me it was exactly has she had told me from the beginning "when you walk in you will know if it is your HOME". Now all this took awhile and she stayed with me and found the perfect home for my crew.

Home selling and buying with Sharon has always been a breeze. We were a little nervous on this sale as we had found I dream home and they didn't want to take a contingency on the sale of our current home. After only two days of negotiating with them Sharon convinced they to take it as she did not list homes to sell that she felt would not sell. This is the 2nd home she has sold for me. Priced right on the money and sold very fast just as she said it would. We moved right into our new home.
