I decided to get my real estate license in 2005 because I wanted to learn more about property investing, foreclosures, auctions and how to finance these purchases. I started purchasing distressed properties that same year. Other investors and home buyers saw what I was doing and asked me to help them buy homes. Since then I have branched into New Construction, New Homes Sales, Luxury Homes, First-time Buyers, Lake Properties and much more. A home purchase is one of the biggest asset purchases you make in your life and I analyze each home with this in mind.
