Alison Stokes

Alison’s passion for community can be traced back to her years at the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce as VP of Economic Development where she spent significant time marketing South Georgia as the perfect place to retire as Director & Developer of Georgia’s first regional retiree attraction economic development initiative. Facilitating hundreds of retirees move to South Georgia was a natural segue into a career of real estate. As a new REALTOR®, she was awarded Rising Star, then Top Producer and Agent of the Year. As a member of the Valdosta Board of Realtors® she was awarded the Spirit Award and served as President of the Board. Alison served as Director on the Georgia Association of Realtors board. A Valdosta State University graduate, her intimate knowledge of this region, her experiences of having lived here since college graduation and achievement of the esteemed Realtor® designation, Certified Residential Specialist, give her enthusiasm, desire and expertise to serve you.
