After each interaction with Kari Pollock, my wife and I would reflect and express to each other our good fortune in having Kari as a buying agent. She patiently and professionally showed us several homes and neighborhoods. Once we settled on a new construction, Kari expertly guided us from making an offer to closing. We considered putting this house on the market a year prior and met with Kari then, we had hesitation about selling at the time and let her know we would get back to her when and if we changed our mind. We did and within a day we had offers on the house and sold for more than asking price. Kari also assisted us in house repair contractors and rehoming our daughters dog along with meeting contractors at the house to let them on. With us living out of state, this was such a blessing.
