My goal this year was to buy a house and I ended up contacting Mark Mahaffey and Associates Real Estate, and I was teamed up with Angie Buffington and she was GREAT. She was able to put me in a house I loved. She definitely is someone I would recommended. She has patience, skills and keeps you up to date on everything. She was easy to reach out to if I had any questions about the process. Even after the closing I had a few questions and reached out to her and she was able to answer those questions for me. We loved working with her and love our new home !

Using Mark Mahaffey's services to help us to sell our house in Georgia was the best idea that had come to my age-challenged mind in 2020. He and his team were able to sell our house very quickly, before it even entered officially the market. His service surpassed by far what may be expected from even a rather good real estate agent. He arranged, for example, required repairs, purchases and installation of new kitchen appliances, transportation of furniture, a.o. It was such a relief to have him and his team on our side. If I could I would honor his support service with 10 rather than 5 stars.

My husband and I worked with Angie Buffington and Mark throughout a twelve month period. We were relocating from Atlanta to the Athens area, had no clue what community would suit our needs. Angie was everything anyone could ever dream for in an agent. She is friendly, a strong problem solver, respectful, and intuitive when considering the needs of clients and how to make things happen for them.
