HAWAIIS BEST REALTOR HANDS DOWN! Entering the housing market in Hawaii is incredibly intimidating due to the large amount of investors that are in the mix. I was with a previous realtor and during the time I was with this agency I could not find a home. They were not aggressive and they did not listen to the needs of my family. After months of disappointment I gave up. I tried one last time before giving up and thats when I found Cathy. She is truly a blessing that came into my life at the right time. She is compassionate, a great listener, a dynamic woman, and is a power house when it comes to negotiations! We went on three open houses before she found us our dream home! TWO WEEKS we were in the housing market and Cathy found us not only our dream home, but a brand new construction that was only on the market for 17 minutes and our offer got accepted!!! I cannot simply articulate enough just how amazing she is.

I have known Cathy for almost a decade now and not mush has changed since the day she helped me buy my first home. Her professionalism and caring personality are the two traits I admire most about her. She is always punctual when it comes to appointments, she sets high but realistic goals based on our needs, very clear at communication, and always responds in a timely manner. I'm writing this review in regards to the third home purchase I recently closed and 2nd home I sold thanks to Cathy's guidance. I can whole heartedly say that my family and I trust her decisions and guidance. I would highly recommend everyone to take advantage of her experience while she is still in this line of work.

Cathy helped me sell my home in Waianae and buy a condo in town within weeks. Cathy is extremely hardworking, trustworthy, and personable. I think her strongest skill, and one I appreciated most, is her ability to explain every step of the process in a way I could understand without making me feel like a newbie. I cannot recommend her as a realtor highly enough- she is knowledgeable, friendly AND tough, proactive, and adjusts to change quickly and easily. Cathy is just the best.

Cathy is your best ally when buying a home on Oahu! We have worked with very good realtors in the past, but she truly goes above and beyond. Not only does she know the island very well so is a great guide to the different areas, but she has what I like to call 'Cathy vision' which allows her to really see everything when walking through houses with you or via video call. Also, she is on top of everything and makes sure that absolutely nothing falls through the cracks through the entire process. Lastly, she doesn't pressure you at all! It is clear that she has her clients best interest, even if that means that things don't work out. She truly is a pleasure to work with so if you are looking for a realtor definitely recommend Cathy!
