What an amazing team! As first time home buyers, we had very little knowledge about what goes into buying a home - the Tongg + Partners squad was so patient in answering all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt supported. Our friend & realtor Sabrina has the perfect balance of professionalism and honesty, and answered all of our questions, calls, emails within minutes - she managed to make us feel like her only clients even though she probably had a handful of others! Jeni from the escrow team was super knowledgeable and helpful leading up to and through the closing process, we found the escrow 'schedule' she put together extremely helpful. The whole team was super prompt! Awesome awesome team from start to finish - definitely recommend & we will be working with them in the future for sure.

Closed and done! I gotta thank my Realtor (now friend) Elayne for all her hard work and patience with us through this process. Moving from the mainland and working with us remotely and then working w my husband still in mainland was a challenge and we got it done! All with the help of the Tongg group amazing support team. The high level of prompt communication and truly felt like our transaction was important to them. They pointed us in the right direction for ALL our needs locally and we were not disappointed. Charlene and the rest of the Tongg + Partners team completely knocked it out of the park. Frankly, my wife and I hold ourselves and others to a very high standard, especially on something as consequential as the selling our ($900,000) home. From the start, Charlene stood out from all of the other brokers that we interviewed. Her warm personality, knowledge of the market, professional demeanor, and attention to detail was very impressive. I knew this was a person that would be willing to work hard to earn my trust. Her marketing strategy was very impressive, and her willingness to put 'skin in the game' convinced me that she would be the best choice to sell our home. Despite a pretty cool housing market, we received six offers within one week of listing our home! Additionally, all of the offers were either at, or above, full ask! I don't believe there is any way this would have happened without Char's extremely aggressive and successful marketing strategy.

Rustan & Charlene and there team has been amazing from the first meeting to the very end. They were able to sell my place above asking and also after the first showing. They helped with getting Contractors to fix somethings up, and setup a timeline that was spot on. The whole transaction was very smooth even at the end when i was in Japan. The communication never stopped. I was always updated on the status of the escrow process and if i ever had any questions they were answered promptly. I would recommend using them for selling or buying a home.
