I have worked with Patrick De Silva to represent me on more than one occasion, one as a buyer and two as a seller. I was impressed with his commitment and the results I experienced. The first home was on the Big Island of Hawaii, where the local agent was not able to sell my home after being on the market for a few months and 3 price reductions. I called Patrick and asked if he knew of anyone that could assist, he said that he could help and would list the home from his office on Oahu. Less than 2 months later, the home was sold for asking. My second sale; I asked Patricks opinion and suggestion on renovations, color schemes, asking price, etc. and followed through. He used a high-end photographer that separated my listing from the rest, the home was sold and loan closed in less than 90 days. I would recommend Patrick to anyone that is looking for a person that will give nothing less than 110% effort with results.
