We started our home sale experience with Shaila on January 3, 2020 right before the pandemic with an expectation to list a couple months afterwards. The house need quite a bit of work and we were expected to be on island to do at least parts of it. However, due to the pandemic we were unable to return to Honolulu. Shaila went "above and beyond" coordinating contractors, landscapers, pool repair, painters, cleaners and finally movers and stagers. When we finally decided to list, there was a rush to finish all the repairs. After almost a year & half of hard work, Shaila was able to help us sell the home at $265k above listing & almost $1 million above what we originally bought our home for.
