In 2019 I awarded REALTOR of the Year from the Iowa Association of REALTORS. I have been associated with the Mel Foster Real Estate Co. since 1996 and I'm in the top 15% of the company in sales & service.

This is about you more than me. Let me explain. In the past seven years as a Realtor, there are two simple yet important primary values for me and my clients. 1. The client is the boss and my sole responsibility is to them. This means my interests are not a factor, theirs are. Being an advocate for what is the largest transaction of their lifetime. It is not about the commission 2. The integrity of my profession. Being upfront and honest in every aspect of the process is the only way to achieve the highest quality of service. I have to be a trusted advisor for my clients. For a little background information, I spent my first career in the IT industry including social media engagement. I have worked hard in the industry for the last seven years obtaining the regional cultural ambassador in 2015. I have been elected to the board of directors of the Quad Cities Realtors Association in 2019. In addition, I also volunteer at the 180 where I am a mentor and with Jr Achievement.

I have been a licensed Broker in Iowa and Illinois for over 40 years. I am still very active in listing AND selling homes in ALL price ranges and specialize in NEW CONSTRUCTION!

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1996. I grew up in Nebraska, attended the University of Iowa, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I've got experience in the construction industry as a manufacturer's representative that has proved surprisingly valuable in real estate. I work all price ranges, from the smallest property with extensive deferred maintenance, to high end new construction. I enjoy the flexibility afforded by the career and the time it affords me to spend with my family and friends.
