I've taken the time to learn the ins and outs of Residential Real Estate so I can fully understand all that encompasses the transactions even the problems that can occur behind the scenes when abstracts are brought up to date, and working through those issues to sail thru to a smooth closing! I learned to respect the complexities that can exist and it's given me the chance to show my clients that I have what it takes to help them get through anything! In 2018 I studied and completed my Broker's licensing; the highest licensing achievable for REALTORS.
