We recently completed a cross-country move to Iowa and Ingrid was such a valuable resource for our family! We originally found her through reading great reviews online and based on our experience she's very deserving of all the praise. Our goal was to purchase two pre-existing homes next door to one another - which of course is a tough thing to do - but Ingrid made it happen (and quickly too). At one point in the offer negotiation process (after we'd received a verbal acceptance of our offer) we nearly lost the deal because a friend of the seller said they wanted to buy the home. Ingrid jumped into action and did everything in her power - including leveraging her clout - and was amazingly able to save the deal. Of course her positive attitude and friendly demeanor are nice - but knowing that she'll really go to bat for you if needed is even more important. We'd absolutely work with her again in the future.
