Carin Birt was my realtor as I moved from Cedar Falls to Ankeny due to a job change. This was my first home purchase, and she was helpful in providing guidance and quickly finding homes that met my criteria. She made the home search process from fun. My friend Kabbod and my girlfriend Fabiola would occasionally accompany me on my home tours and Carin made the experience enjoyable.
