Raised in Eugene, Oregon, he later moved to Sandpoint, Idaho, graduating from Sandpoint High in 2009. He pursued a business degree at Oregon State University while serving in the Army National Guard, with a clear goal of becoming a Coeur d'Alene Realtor.
His six years in the military instilled core values—loyalty, duty, respect, honor, and integrity—that shape his professional approach. In 2015, he settled in Coeur d'Alene, co-founding Premier Properties under eXp Realty with his mother, Lauren Adair.
