It was a pleasure to work with Ken on our land sale in every way. I particularly benefited from his pricing expertise--he seemed to have sixth sense for the perfect asking price based on the current buyer climate and inventory. Ken Dunn was exceptional to work with from start to finish. We are average people -- two young kids, two cats, a dog, work and a life we love in the Tetons. We needed someone to work for us, advocate for us, be on top of all the details for us and Ken nailed it. From meeting us on a Friday after dinner at our home, to taking our calls at any and all hours including evenings and Sundays -- he offered his opinion, his knowledge, and sometimes just a listening ear.
