Lora Davis

Loras Davis began her real estate career in early 2005. The market was just picking up in the greater Teton area and the real estate frenzy beginning. The very fast paced market proved to be a very good training ground, as she quickly became a top producing agent. In late 2007, she started her own brokerage, Silver Peaks Realty. In hindsight, probably not the best time to have started a new real estate office, 2008 was a very difficult year as the real estate bubble burst. However, by 2010 this small independent brokerage sold more units than any other brokerage in the Teton Valley market, outselling offices with nearly 5 times the number of agents. She and her team work with buyers and sellers in residential, land, farm and ranch and commercial real estate.
