After graduating from Aberdeen High School, Ted attended Ricks College then served a two year mission for his church in Seattle, Washington. Ted farmed until 1981 then moved to Rexburg and opened Gringo's Mexican Restaurant in 1986. He met Nancy, his Realtor, while looking for places to rent and places for his restaurant. They were married in 1988. Ted got his real estate license in 1991 and join his Associate Broker wife, Nancy, in Rexburg. I was born in Southeast Idaho and have lived here all my life. I have lived in the Rexburg area with my family since 2002, we have really enjoyed it. The reason that I decided to go into real estate is because I love everything about it, I love buying it, l love selling it and I have really enjoyed helping others buy and sell real estate. I love the four-seasons that this area offers, for me the summer months are spent boating, fishing and spending time outdoors.
