Leisa Brait

Leisa honed her real estate skills in New Jersey. As principal broker of her own company she was actively involved with condominium & new home development and marketing in the suburban communities of southern New Jersey just outside Philadelphia, and the resort areas in and around Atlantic City. Leisa has owned second homes and investment/rental properties in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. After a visit to Sun Valley in 1998, Leisa and her husband Ken bought a townhome and made plans to move. Shortly there after, they built a permanent home just north of Hailey. Two years ago they had a custom modular home constructed and delivered to Ketchum. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), in a select group of the top 3 percent of agents in the U.S. and an Accredited Buyer Agent.
