I contacted Sari regarding purchasing a condo in the northwest suburbs. She informed me about Lucid Realty's 100% Rebate Program. She explained that I had the option to pay an hourly rate for the time Sari spent with me and when I buy a property I would receive 100% of Lucid Realty's commission. Of course my initial thought was what's the "catch"? Well I'm writing this review to tell everyone there is no "catch". I paid Lucid Realty a reasonable hourly rate for the services provided to me and I received their entire commission. In my opinion, this program is the best and so is Sari Levy. Not only was she extremely friendly, she was informative and knowledgeable about the market, and patient while answering all of my questions. I would recommend Sari and Lucid Realty to everyone!!
