My name is Niki Higgs and I've been working in real estate going on 4 years now. Don't let my short existence in real estate fool you. Constructing a pathway for clients to sell or own a home is a passion of mine! Other passions include sports with my children, boating, antiquing and garage sales and good conversation!! Being a psych major, I believe in compassion, patience and reasoning. My client's unique situations are the main focus when making one of the biggest life moments!
